Abstract
This paper presents a proposed Organizational Systems Analysis Model for human resource
managers in organizations, aiming to define the cultural, social, and adaptive factors that influence
organizational change. The model proposes an organizational systems analysis from an
anthropological perspective, geared towards human resource managers. Its objective is to identify
the cultural, social, and adaptive factors that influence organizational change, moving beyond the
mechanistic paradigm of control based on rewards and punishments. First, it explores the Moral
Compass, establishing an analogy between the organization and the family, where organizational
culture—composed of values, norms, and expected behaviors—functions as a system of shared
meanings. Second, it examines Organizational Development (OD), which includes role definition,
performance measurement, and talent portfolio management, distinguishing between talent
(knowledge and ability to do) and potential (willingness to do), the latter driven by aspiration and
commitment. Third, it analyzes leadership as a pillar of change, highlighting the transformational
style and key competencies such as compassion, humility, and a sense of collective achievement.
Finally, it concludes that talent management, focused on merging skills, attitudes, and values, is
fundamental to generating sustainable organizational change, where human relationships based on
trust and consistency allow for alignment between individual and corporate objectives, creating a
high-potential structure.
